Coffee leaves tea, or “kuti,” have been made and enjoyed in Ethiopia and Indonesia for centuries. It has an earthy, herbaceous flavor with notes of sweetgrass, similar to green tea. Coffee leaves contain more antioxidants than blueberries, chocolate or green tea and are mild tasting and light-bodied.
- Steeping Instructions: 1 tsp of tea for 8oz water. Steep at 212⁰ for 5-7 minutes.
