Description
Although Earl Grey is normally associated with England and a good strong Ceylon and Chinese teas, this unique variety is closely tied to South Africa. The Rooibos that forms the base of this blend is grown near the town of Howick. This town was named after Henry George Grey, the 3rd Earl of Grey who was also known as the British Colonial Secretary Viscount Howick. Like all great Earl Grey teas, this tea is flavored with all natural Bergamot oil. Caffeine Free
- Steeping Instructions: 1 tsp of tea for 8oz water. Steep at 212⁰ for 5-7 minutes.
