Head Harmony contains a plethora of herbs and flowers prized for their relaxing aromatics and nutrient content delivering an easy drinking way to ease the pain. Features spearmint, said to relax the nerves and calm the mind, the blend also incorporates a variety of herbs with anti-inflammatory qualities – rooibos, lemongrass, lavender, and nettle. The help harmonize things event further we’ve finished things off with gentle floral tones of rose and passion flower.

- Steeping Instructions: 1 tsp of tea for 8oz water. Steep at 212⁰ for 5-7 minutes.
