How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will accept returns or exchanges on any regular priced unopened item ordered within 30 days. 
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us at info@theteashoppewv.com. We will respond within 1 business day. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Damaged Products

If an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department. Please indicate that the item was damaged and that you'd like a replacement. We will provide a UPS return label, and once the damaged item is received, will gladly ship you a replacement.

Incorrect Product Received

If an item was shipped to you incorrectly due to company error, we will swiftly send you a replacement. Please contact our customer service department and indicate that you received an incorrect item. If we request that the erroneously shipped item be returned, we'll gladly provide a UPS shipping label and direct you to nearby drop-off locations to make this process quick and simple.

Exchange an item from my order


The Tea Shoppe will gladly exchange any unopened product for product of comparable value within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping costs to us unless due to company error. Please contact us at info@theteashoppe.com.
